中國儲能網(wǎng)訊：CSiAl 公司在2016年11月14日-16日于新西伯利亞總部舉行了2016納米增強材料產(chǎn)業(yè)峰會。在11月16日的媒體會上，OCSiAl總裁Yuri Koropachinskiy告訴記者2015-2016年單壁納米碳管的銷售有40%來自中國。
“針對中國市場, 在鋰電領(lǐng)域的銷售占了總銷售額的40%。現(xiàn)在，我們有40%的TUBALL產(chǎn)出供應(yīng)到中國。而且我相信我們2017年將會保持這一趨勢”Yuri說。他表示中國是全球最大的市場之一，OCSiAl在中國有眾多的合作伙伴，如在復(fù)合材料領(lǐng)域，塑料，輪胎，鋰電領(lǐng)域。
當(dāng)記者問到他們在中國的下一步發(fā)展計劃，研發(fā)部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)Michael Predtechenskiy表示：“中國無疑是非常有市場潛力的。我們希望進入中國市場，在航天航空材料領(lǐng)域?qū)ξ覀兊漠a(chǎn)品有巨大需求。”“我們已經(jīng)計劃在上海建立我們的第三個辦事處。對于進一步的計劃，未來將有可能會以全資公司或者合資公司的方式在中國進行生產(chǎn)?！彼a充道。
OCSiAl公司是世界上第一家可以實現(xiàn)單壁納米碳管量產(chǎn)的企業(yè).他們的主要產(chǎn)品—TUBALL主要由超低雜質(zhì)單壁納米碳管構(gòu)成，單壁納米碳管含量高于75%，在產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用上不需要進一步提純。TUBALL作為一種廣泛適用的添加劑，只增加材料0.001%～0.1%的重量就可以為材料性質(zhì)帶來極大的提升。
40% of OCSiAl SWCNT products were sold to China
OCSiAl held Nano Augment Matrials Industry Summit 2016 in its headquarter in Novosibirsk during November 14 to 16, 2016. On the press release Yuri Koropachenskiy the president of OCSiAl told journalists, 40% of its sales of single wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT) contributed from China, in 2015-2016.
“To the China market, the sales in li-ion battery field accounted for the largest proportion which was about 40% amount TUBALL’s application in other industries. The 40% share of CNT was supplied to China. I believe this proportion will continue in the next year.” said Yuri. He indicated that China is one of the largest markets, and OCSiAl has cooperation partners from China in all fields, e.g. composite, plastics, ties, and li-ion battery.
When journalist asked, what is the next step in China, Michael Predtechenskiy, the head of R&D told, “It is definite huge market potential in China market. We expected to enter Chinese market, and there are huge demands of our product in automotive industry, aeronautics and astronautics industries.” “We will establish the 3rd office in China which located in Shanghai. For further planning, it could be having more own companies or joint companies and manufacturing in China in the future.” Mr. Predtechenskiy added.
OCSiAl is the first company able to mass produce single wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT) in the world. The major product--TUBALL made from OCSiAl consists of single wall carbon nanotubes with an extremely amount of impurities "as produced" (SWCNT content >=75%) and does not require future purification for a majority of applications. It can be used as a universal additive and shows significant improvement in material properties upon addition of 0.001%~0.1% by weight.
