中國(guó)儲(chǔ)能網(wǎng)訊：為加快儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，推動(dòng)能源結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型，“第七屆中國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)能大會(huì)”將于2017年4月24—26日在蘇州香格里拉酒店舉行。本屆大會(huì)由中國(guó)化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)合中國(guó)可再生能源學(xué)會(huì)光伏專業(yè)委員會(huì)、中國(guó)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)會(huì)可再生能源專業(yè)委員會(huì)、中國(guó)可再生能源學(xué)會(huì)風(fēng)能專業(yè)委員會(huì)、中國(guó)可再生能源學(xué)會(huì)并網(wǎng)專業(yè)委員會(huì)、中國(guó)投資協(xié)會(huì)儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)投資促進(jìn)中心、中國(guó)機(jī)電進(jìn)出口商會(huì)太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)品分會(huì)、國(guó)家太陽(yáng)能光熱產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、中國(guó)電建西北勘測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司光電設(shè)計(jì)院、中國(guó)移動(dòng)通信集團(tuán)設(shè)計(jì)院有限公司、鑒衡認(rèn)證中心、英國(guó)伯明翰大學(xué)等單位主辦，中國(guó)化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)儲(chǔ)能應(yīng)用分會(huì)與中國(guó)儲(chǔ)能網(wǎng)承辦。
受中國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)能大會(huì)組委會(huì)邀請(qǐng)，華北電力大學(xué)電氣與電子工程學(xué)院教授、中國(guó)能源政策研究中心主任王鵬先生將出席本次大會(huì)，并發(fā)表“電力體制改革與儲(chǔ)能發(fā)展”主題演講，以下為王鵬教授的個(gè)人介紹。
王鵬教授
王鵬，華北電力大學(xué)電氣與電子工程學(xué)院教授、中國(guó)能源政策研究中心主任，之前長(zhǎng)期在政府監(jiān)管部門任處長(zhǎng)。中國(guó)電力體制改革專家，全國(guó)電監(jiān)標(biāo)委會(huì)委員，《電力系統(tǒng)保護(hù)與控制》編委，能源研究會(huì)研究員，多家公司顧問(wèn)。
參與了中發(fā)9號(hào)文件前半程的草擬工作，參與了電改部分配套文件擬定工作；參與了部分省市的綜合能源改革方案、電力市場(chǎng)建設(shè)方案、配售電組建與運(yùn)營(yíng)方案、新能源微電網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)方案研究工作；曾主筆國(guó)家電監(jiān)會(huì)和國(guó)家能源局多項(xiàng)研究報(bào)告。
Dr. Wang Peng, is a Professor of School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, North China Electric Power University, and Director of China Energy Policy Research Center. He was a Director of the electricity regulatory department for many years. He is an expert in China's electricity system reform, a member of the National Electricity Regulatory StandardsCommittee and the Editorial Board of the academic journal "Power System Protection and Control", a Research Fellow at the China Energy Research Society, and a consultant with a number of companies. He was involved in the drafting of government documents on China's current electricity system reform, notably “Some Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of Electric Power System” , also known as the No.9 document. And he participated in the drafting of some relevant supporting documents for the electricity reform work; he also participated in the comprehensive energy reform program of some provinces and cities , the electricity market construction program, the construction and operation program for distribution and sale of electricity, as well as the design work on renewable energy micro-grid; he took the lead in writing a number of research reports for the State Electricity Regulatory Commission and the National Energy Administration.
